Monadnock Security has been designing and installing state-of-the-art, integrated systems with remote monitoring and maintenance since 1994. We are a privately owned company servicing the New England corridor from our office in Mason, New Hampshire. Our field staff is built upon engineering resources that include electrical, electronics software and computer management. We have technicians that provide around the clock service and support as well as an annual system maintenance and monitoring service.

Our engineering staff specializes in custom and unique system designs tailored to the type of facility, staffing and special security needs. The designs will range from stand-alone access control with badge anti-passback, controlling card in and card out of secured buildings, to integrating automated video surveillance. The video systems can detect and track object motion with passive infrared technologies as well as a unique pixel monitoring algorithm that will allow automated cameras to track and follow the path of the person or vehicle. Our camera technology includes hardware and IRIS technology for viewing and detection of clear images in total darkness conditions. We specialize in the high-end hardware only to ensure clear event recognition and superb system performance.

An important unique service Monadnock has to offer to clients is the ability to perform full system integration and specialty applications. Because of our staff’s engineering backgrounds we integrate non-conventional systems as well as interface with our hardware manufacturers for custom modifications at the technical level. This enables clients to have an entire system form fit to their specific needs, greatly increasing system user friendliness and reliability.

Our access controllers and digital video management servers are completely PC based and designed for connectivity to a broadband local area network (LAN). The LAN can be used to permit access, monitor activity, analyze video, control automated cameras, perform maintenance and recorded event retrieval from authorized remote client stations.

A major part of our Commercial Business is the design, installation, monitoring and service of commercial fire alarm systems.

In addition to the commercial world, our staff designs and installs a number of residential integrated “whole house” systems that include; security, fire, structured wiring, whole house audio and home theatre rooms.

Our equipment services DOD sub-contractor manufacturing facilities as well as local area hospitals, businesses and the residential community.
